Job summary

Verisk Analytics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Hyderabad to collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and tech teams. You will analyze needs, define requirements, and deliver solutions for mission-critical life insurance products.

You will translate needs into functional specs, drive UAT, and assist in change management, with a focus on process improvement and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in Life Insurance implementations.
• Strong understanding of BA methodologies, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, SQL, Excel, and process mapping tools such as Visio or BPMN; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
