Job summary

Mphasis Bengaluru is seeking a senior BI/BA with extensive Life Insurance and Annuities product experience to lead end-to-end life insurance initiatives on a policy administration platform. The role involves IT business analysis, collaboration with clients, and mentorship of junior team members.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in PL/SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and automation tools, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies to drive delivery in a consulting setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Life Insurance and Annuities product experience.
• Experience with policy administration, claims and agent compensation.
• Experience collaborating with clients on consulting engagements.
• Automation experience is a plus.
