Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM experience required.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate client requirements into basic process artifacts.

• Business process analysis - Perform basic data analysis and prepare simple dashboards and reports as per defined guidelines.
• Market research & benchmarking - Gather basic information from predefined sources to support identifying alternate third party products.
• Documentation - Create drafts of process notes and workflow documents by following predefined formats and templates. Assist in updating requirement logs maintained for clients, under the guidance of senior team members.
• Revenue Growth - Assist in gathering clarifications and feedback on proposed RFP/RFI solutions.
