Job summary

Wipro is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our digital transformation initiatives in Maharashtra, India. You will excel at requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and delivering BRD/FRD documentation, user stories, and gap analysis to drive business outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years of BA experience with strong communication, data analysis, and UX mapping skills, plus familiarity with Agile, Jira, and Azure DevOps to bridge business and IT teams effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis with BRD/FRD documentation and stakeholder management.
• Experience gathering requirements and creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and UAT support.
