• Business process analysis-Perform basic data analysis and prepare simple dashboards and reports as per defined guidelines.
• Market research & benchmarking-Gather basic information from predefined sources to support in identifying alternate third party products.
• Documentation-"Create drafts of process notes and workflow documents by following predefined formats and templates.
• Assist in updating requirement logs maintained for clients, under the guidance of senior team members.\
