Job summary

Selective Global Search in Bengaluru, India, seeks an experienced Business Analyst to drive ITBM initiatives. You will gather requirements, document processes, and translate needs into clear functional specs while coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders.

You will support project, portfolio, demand, resource, and financial management, while ensuring smooth UAT and sign-offs. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 to 9 years of overall Business Analyst experience.
• Strong experience in ITBM / IT Business Management.
• Good understanding of project, portfolio, demand, resource, and/or financial management processes.
• Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, process mapping, and UAT.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.

Responsibilities
