Job summary

Reserve Bank Information Technology is seeking a Business Analyst in Bengaluru to gather and analyze requirements, engaging stakeholders to shape solutions.

You will own BRD, SRS, User Story, Use Case and User Manual artefacts, ensuring traceability and guiding SDLC activities across delivery teams.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of BA experience with BPMN, Power BI and MS Office skills; the role is a fixed-term full-time contract for five years.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a Business Analyst.
• Own BRD, SRS, User Story, Use Case and User Manual artefacts.
• Design and validate functional workflows and write UAT test cases.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and discuss requirements with stakeholders and model them.
• Utilize BPMN/xBML and MS Office tools to document processes and decisions.
• Contribute to ROI and financial analysis related to the project.
• Partner with stakeholders to consolidate requirements in a single repository.
• Support project management and SDLC artefacts throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Requirement Management (Gathering, Analysis, Discussion with Stakeholders, Modelling and Documentation).
• Leverage BPMN, xBML and relevant Business Process Modelling tools alongside MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and Visio).
• Knowledge on Power BI & Azure.
• Knowledge on Power BI & Azure.
• Own BRD, SRS, User Story, Use Case, User Manual and similar SDLC artefacts.
• Design and validate functional workflows and write UAT Test cases.
• Partner across stakeholders to identify and consolidate requirements into a single repository for tracking and change management.
• Participate in business case analysis, ROI and other financial analysis related to the project.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested by PMO OR IT project manager.

Employment Type: All positions are on fixed term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially fora period of five years, extendable by mutual consent
