Reserve Bank Information Technology is seeking a Business Analyst with at least 1 year of experience to gather, analyse and model requirements for projects within the IT domain.

The role involves owning SDLC artefacts like BRD, SRS, User Stories and Use Cases, and working across stakeholders to consolidate requirements into a single tracking repository. Five-year fixed-term contract with full-time engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a Business Analyst.
• Preferably from IT Industry.
• Experience in documenting BRD/SRS/User Story/Use Case.

Responsabilités

• Perform Requirement Management (Gathering, Analysis, Discussion with Stakeholders, Modelling and Documentation).
• Leverage BPMN, xBML and MS Office Suite for documentation and analysis.
• Own BRD, SRS, User Story, Use Case, User Manual and similar SDLC artefacts.
• Design and validate functional workflows and write UAT Test cases.
• Partner across stakeholders to consolidate requirements into a repository for tracking and change management.
• Participate in business case analysis, ROI and other financial analysis related to the project.
• Perform other duties as assigned by PMO OR IT project manager.

• Perform other duties as assigned or requested by PMO OR IT project manager.

Employment Type: All positions are on fixed term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially fora period of five years, extendable by mutual consent
