Job summary

You will lead requirements elicitation, process modelling, and solution design, while collaborating with data scientists and engineers to realize business value.

• 12+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
• Strong requirements elicitation & management skills.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Business Analysis and either Generative AI or Cyber Security. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, technology, data, and security teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

• Lead Business Analysis activities in Agile delivery environments.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Perform process modelling, business process analysis, and solution design.
• Facilitate workshops and manage senior stakeholder interactions.
• Translate business problems into effective technology solutions.
• Identify and define AI/GenAI use cases aligned with business objectives.
• Understand AI, ML, LLMs, and Generative AI concepts.
• Apply knowledge of prompt engineering and AI adoption practices.
• Evaluate AI opportunities, feasibility, risks, and potential business benefits.
• Work closely with Data Scientists, Architects, AI Engineers, and Developers.
• Understand SQL, data models, data schemas, data flows, and analytics concepts.
• Collaborate on enterprise data and cloud-based AI initiatives.
• Exposure to Databricks, Azure AI Foundry, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Cyber Security / Cyber Risk / GRC experience will be an added advantage.
