Job summary

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a Business Analyst to own end-to-end EMR module functionality and related clinical systems. The role includes production support, requirement analysis, documentation, testing, training, and close collaboration with technology, UI/UX, and hospital teams to ensure stable EMR delivery.

Key duties include managing production issues, preparing FRDs, supporting grooming and release activities, performing UAT and regression testing, and conducting trainings for new features

Role & responsibilities

The Business Analyst will be responsible for end to end Functional Ownership of EMR Modules and related Clinical Systems. The role involves production support, requirement analysis, documentation, testing, training and close co-ordination with technology, UI/UX and hospital teams to ensure stable and scalable EMR Delivery.

• 1. Analyze and manage production issues and change requests from Hospitals.
• 2. Act as liasion between Hospital IT Teams, UI/UX and development team.
• 3. Prepare and review Functional Requirement Documents.
• 4. Support Grooming, scoping and release validation activities.
• 5. Perform UAT, Pre-prod and regression testing of all releases.
• 6. Conduct trainings and support rollouts of new features/ Modules.
• 7. Assist in EMR Implementation and Hypercare support.

Preferred candidate profile

MHM/ MBA in Healthcare Management is mandatory
