Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a senior consultant with deep Core Banking and Digital Banking experience to work with banking customers on BaNCS implementations and digital channel projects in Bengaluru. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and coordinate with product and development teams to deliver secure, scalable digital banking capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Core Banking and Digital Banking projects.
• Experience with Digital Channels in banking and mobile banking.
• Ability to map business requirements to BaNCS capabilities.
• Knowledge of security, authentication and wallet/fintech integrations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements.
• Prepare business requirements and solution specification documents.

Job description

Strong functional background and understanding of Core Banking and Digital Banking in particular. This is in the banking space with areas like internet banking and mobile banking .

Experience on a Core Banking system and specifically with Digital Channels is a key skill needed

Experience in Mobile Banking design and development will be an added advantage

Capable to handle multiple stakeholders from business requirement collection with customers ( Bank staff / teams)

Capability to prepare business requirements and solution specification documents

Experience of working in a Core Banking related company and in Digital Banking product , channel– either a product developer or Core Banking system integrator (or in a Bank in Customer Channel (Internet Banking and Digital Banking )

A good level of understanding of non functional requirements for Digital Banking like Security , Authentication , functional Integration into Wallets / Fintechs

Exposure to Customer-facing roles or Prospect interactions is MUST

Good analytical abilities

Proficiency in using Tools like Figma , MS excel, PowerPoint, word, JIRA , MS Teams etc.

Working with the Customer to understand the business requirements

Understand the TCS BaNCS product and map the requirements to the product capabilities

Implement TCS BaNCS solution in customer environment

Working with the Product Development team to review & verify the expected functionality / enhancement in the product

Create thought leadership content and create differentiated solutions (e.g. AI in Digital Banking)

Make presentations and demonstrate TCS BaNCS solution to customers and prospects

Study Regulatory and Market standard evolution in Digital Banking domain and translate that into business Requirements
