Job summary

DynaTech is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst - D365 CRM Functional to translate business requirements into effective Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. You will work with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure processes are optimized and aligned with system capabilities, delivering clear functional specifications.

You will configure CRM modules, develop test cases, support UAT and go-live, and create training materials.

Experi ence

3-5 years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 CRM functional roles

Education
