Job summary

DynaTech is seeking an AI Transformation Consultant to guide customers in adopting and maximizing Artificial Intelligence across their business operations. This customer-facing role combines business consulting with emerging AI technologies to identify opportunities and implement practical AI adoption strategies.

You will conduct workshops, develop AI roadmaps, and demonstrate AI tools while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong business consulting, business analysis, and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience in digital transformation, ERP consulting, functional consulting, or pre-sales roles.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Generative AI, Power Platform, and automation concepts.
• Ability to identify business challenges and recommend AI-enabled solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to engage with business leaders and drive adoption initiatives.

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Manufacturing, Distribution, Trading, or Services organizations
• Exposure to customer workshops, change management, and transformation programs
• Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or enterprise business applications
• Experience evaluating AI use cases and measuring business impact

Experi ence

7–15 years of experience in business consulting, digital transformation, ERP consulting, pre-sales, or related customer-facing roles.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
