Truhome Finance Ltd. seeks a finance professional to analyze financial data and support decision-making in construction financing. You will engage with stakeholders to assess creditworthiness, manage project financing, and oversee disbursements and monitoring across multiple locations.

The role requires strong financial analysis, credit assessment, and project appraisal skills, plus proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication. Fluency in Hindi and English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) / Sales Manager (SM) during deal origination.
• Ensure timely processing of fresh proposals with Credit Analysts and Sales team.
• Prepare CAMs and project cash flows for presentation to the credit committee.
• Facilitate disbursement processes and post-disbursement monitoring.
• Monitor funded projects and ensure compliance with financial agreements.
• Manage subsequent tranche disbursements.
• Issue NOC certificates for selling units/apartments.

Job Overview

The role involves analyzing financial data, generating insights, and supporting decision-making processes within the construction finance sector. The incumbent will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to assess creditworthiness, manage project financing, and ensure smooth execution of financing transactions.

Role & responsibilities

• Meet customers alongside the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) / Sales Manager (SM) during deal origination.
• Ensure timely processing of fresh proposals in coordination with the Credit Analysts and Sales team.
• Conduct initial due diligence and data appraisal for new proposals.
• Oversee the preparation of Credit Appraisal Memos (CAM) and project cash flows for presentation to the credit committee.
• Facilitate disbursement processes and post-disbursement monitoring.
• Monitor funded projects and ensure compliance with financial agreements.
• Manage subsequent tranche disbursements.
• Issue No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for selling units/apartments.

Preferred candidate profile
