Job summary

Axis Finance Limited is seeking a Corporate Business Analyst with strong analytical skills and financial understanding to support business origination and maintain client relationships in Strategic/Large and Mid-Corporates.

You will analyze business dynamics, markets and financial statements, build financial models, monitor portfolio performance post sanction, and coordinate with clients and internal teams. Travel will be required as the role is location-based.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Origination and maintain relationships with Strategic/Large and Mid-Corporates.
• Analyze business, markets, financial statements, and financial modeling.
• Monitor portfolio performance and covenants post sanction, site visits, and reports.
• Post-sanction monitoring and coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Conduct client meetings, audits (internal/external), ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Understand legal and regulatory framework for transactions.
• Travelling and client meetings as the role is location-based.

Role description

• Hands-on experience on MS Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI & presentation skills.
• Corporate Business Analyst supporting the Business Origination incl. maintaining relationship/network base in Strategic / Large and Mid-Corporates
• Candidate should have strong analytical skills with financial understanding, presentation skills & relationship management
• Understanding on Deal Structuring, financial analysis, sector insights, market research & negotiating skills
• Position will be location based, will include travelling, meeting clients, etc.
• Role involves analysis of the Business, Markets, Financial Statements, Financial Modeling & with a solution oriented approach
• Monitoring of the financial/operational performance and covenant monitoring of the portfolio post sanction through client interaction, site visits, engaging with consultants and legal counsel and Portfolio performance review reports.
• Post sanction monitoring including post disbursement compliances through co-ordination with client and internal teams.
• Review and Monitoring to include regular client's discussions/meetings and site visits.
• Handling Various Account Audits (Internal and external) and ensure minimal audit observations and timely closure of the Audit observations if any.
• Understanding the legal & regulatory framework for each transaction.
