Job summary

Jain International Trade Organisation - India in Pune seeks a Financial Analyst with exposure to construction finance to join our finance team. The role involves analyzing project cash flows, evaluating feasibility reports, and coordinating with banks for loan processing.

You will prepare MIS, reports, and support in loan structuring and repayment planning, using Excel for data analysis, with strong communication to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Construction Finance or Project Finance.
• Strong knowledge of the loan disbursement process in construction finance.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and financial acumen.
• Ability to work with numbers accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Understanding of project analysis and financial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and project evaluation for construction finance cases.
• Prepare and analyze project cash flows, feasibility reports, and financial models.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing and disbursement.
• Handle documentation and follow-up related to construction finance loans.
• Monitor project funding requirements and utilization of funds.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and project performance analysis.
• Work extensively on Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and data analysis.
• Assist in loan structuring, repayment schedules, and financial planning.
• Maintain strong coordination with clients, banks, and internal stakeholders.
