Job summary

Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd is seeking an Associate (Senior Officer) with 7+ years in banking to provide business analysis for CASA operations within a core banking implementation (FLEXCUBE/CASA). The role involves process documentation, end-user testing, migration support, and go-live activities.

Key responsibilities include supporting CASA middle/back-office operations analysis, gathering requirements, coordinating with business, IT and vendor teams, and ensuring issue resolution, migration

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in banking operations or business analysis.
• Strong experience in CASA operations support.
• End-user testing/UAT experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide business analysis and operational support for CASA processes within the core banking implementation.
• Document processes and support end-user testing during migration and go-live activities.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and identify process gaps.
• Coordinate with business, IT, and vendor teams for issue resolution and readiness activities.
• Support migration, rollout and post-go-live stabilization.

Role Summary
