Job summary

Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd (MGS) in Chennai invites a Senior Business Analyst to drive core banking readiness for FLEXCUBE/CASA implementations. Total experience 10-15 years, with a minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst in the banking domain.

You will lead business-side activities: define to-be CASA workflows, procedures, and operating manuals; develop training strategy and materials; coordinate readiness across operations, IT and vendors; support UAT, migration, cutover and post-go-live

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of overall experience with strong BA in banking.
• Experience in operational readiness activities such as procedures, training, UAT, migration, and BCP.
• CASA operations experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and document to-be CASA workflows, procedures, and operating manuals.
• Develop training strategy, materials, and support training delivery.
• Coordinate business readiness activities across operations, IT, and vendor teams.
• Support UAT preparation, execution, and business sign-off.
• Assist with migration readiness, cutover coordination, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Update or design BCP procedures, including fallback processes and communication trees.
