Job summary

Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead end-to-end UAT activities for core banking implementations (FLEXCUBE/CASA). The role requires 10–15 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in banking and UAT in transformation programs.

Preference for CASA-related process exposure. The position focuses on coordinating tests across business users, IT, and vendors, ensuring defects are tracked and sign-off evidence maintained.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years as a Business Analyst in banking.
• Strong experience in UAT execution within banking or core banking transformation programs.
• Experience in CASA-related processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAT planning, strategy, scheduling, and coordination.
• Translate business requirements into UAT scenarios and test cases.
• Manage UAT execution, defect logging, follow-up, and retesting.
• Coordinate with business users, IT, and vendor teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Track testing progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain clear documentation of test results, defects, and sign-off evidence.
