Job summary

KLobTech is seeking a pragmatic Business Analyst to analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements for technology clients. You will partner with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.

This role reports to the Project Manager/Team Lead and requires collaboration with stakeholders, documentation, and testing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst in IT industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, preferred.
