Job summary

ClearTrail Technologies in Indore, MP, invites a seasoned Business Analyst to bridge business, design, and engineering teams. You will collaborate with Product Managers to analyze problems, define requirements, and help execute product solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of BA or related experience, engineering background with an MBA, and strong skills in writing user stories and communicating clearly. This is a full-time, on-site role in Indore with cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with a full-time MBA.
• MBA coursework or specialization in Business Analytics / IT Product Management.
• 3+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-first mindset.
• Experience writing clear, structured requirements and user stories.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, UX, QA).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with Product Managers to analyze business and user problems and help shape practical, scalable product solutions.
• Translate requirements into user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams during backlog grooming, sprint planning, testcase review and execution.
• Create and maintain process flows, wireframes, and solution documents in collaboration with UX.
• Support market research, user research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Assist in UAT, release planning, and post-release analysis.
• Track dependencies, risks, and feature progress to support timely delivery.

Role Business Analyst

Location- Indore, MP- Work from Office

Years of Exp Required - 5 to 10 Years

Requisition Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with an Engineering background and a full-time MBA, and/or has relevant Business Analyst experience. This role will work closely with Product Managers to support problem analysis, solutioning, requirements definition, and product execution, acting as a strong bridge between business, design, and engineering teams.
