Job summary

SPADrix Tech is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to gather and document requirements, analyze processes, and support project implementations. You will work with cross-functional teams to prepare BRD/FRD and assist in reports and UAT.

The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and a good grasp of the SDLC, plus proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Prior exposure to real-time projects is a plus.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Coordinate with development, testing, and project teams.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Participate in client meetings and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

Required Skills:
