Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects and clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
• Conduct requirement‑gathering calls and demo sessions to gather detailed information.
• Create detailed proposals and fit‑gap analyses to outline project scopes.
• Prepare comprehensive business catalogues to document processes and requirements.
• Work closely with the sales team to support pre‑sales activities.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of solutions.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on knowledge of procurement, sales, manufacturing, trade & distribution processes.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, prospects, and internal teams.
• Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and developments.

Requirements

• Understanding of industrial and distribution operations.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
