Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparing MOM documents for each meeting/visit.
• Preparing Functional Design Document (FDD) accordingly.
• Understanding business process and internal project team coordination.
• Preparing department-wise gap‑fit documents.
• Preparing In‑Scope & Out‑of‑Scope documents.
• Extracting and analyzing master data and configuration from existing ERP.
• Mapping and converting NAV2016 processes to D365 Business Central process flow.
• Sharing default reports with test data cycle with the internal team.
• Coordinating with the technical team (Report/TA/DA team) for major development.
• Preparing and coordinating add‑ons as a key functional consultant.
• Preparing and maintaining project plan documents (updated timely).
• Preparing UAT documents.
• Department‑wise/module‑wise testing.
• Suggesting enhancements and smooth operation/process to development team and client.
• Training all departments on module‑wise/process‑wise.
• Preparing module‑wise/process‑wise presentation documents.
• Preparing proper documentation (screenshots with exact comments/scenarios) for the development team and internal purposes.
• Uploading/validating master data for sandbox and UAT environment.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of ERP, general accounting principles, Indian taxation, financial statements, accounts receivable and accounts payable, bank reconciliation, fixed asset, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ready for travel.
• Preferred male applicants.
