Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Technical BA / Solution Consultant in IT services or software
• Strong understanding of software technologies, SDLC, APIs, databases, cloud, integrations, and application architecture
• Ability to independently translate business problems into practical technology solutions
• Strong client-facing, communication, presentation, and documentation skills
• Experience in pre-sales and proposal development is preferred
• A technical/IT background is strongly preferred
• Note: This is a Techno-Functional BA role; candidates with only functional/business analysis experience may not be suitable

• Conduct client meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, solution discussions, and presentations
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, proposals, and SOWs
• Participate in pre-sales activities, solution presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and proposal preparation
• Work with technical teams to validate feasibility and estimates when required
• Engage with existing clients and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Act as a bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and technology teams
