Job summary

Benchmark IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities include documenting BRDs/FRDs, creating user stories, and ensuring traceability across projects, while collaborating with development and QA teams for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience in requirement elicitation and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process mapping.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data flow concepts.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
