Coforge is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst - Payments to drive requirements for SEPA, ACH and Wire payment programs in a global banking context. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and tech teams to map end-to-end payment lifecycles and ensure regulatory alignment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Payments BA, strong experience in SEPA/ACH/Wire, ISO 20022, and agile delivery.

• Experience in SEPA, ACH, Wire, and cross-border payments and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payments initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to define solutions.
• Lead requirement workshops and prepare BRDs/FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Analyze and support payment systems covering SEPA, ACH, Wire Transfers, and SWIFT payments.
• Coordinate with QA and UAT to validate requirements and test scenarios.
• Support payment modernization, ISO 20022, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment between business and tech teams.

• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile Business Analysis.
• Experience with leading payment platforms and core banking systems.
