• Partner with Business Unit and IT for Requirement Gathering, Solution Design & Delivery, Ensuring Technology Adoption and Value Capture per the Business Case
• Lead the introduction and conceptualization of Pilots, Proof of Concepts in new technology areas
• Scout for contemporary Business tools and latest Technology, Digital and Advanced Analytics solutions to help business improve Customer Engagement, Cost and Productivity
• Implement Best business practices, Innovative Solutions and Continuous Improvement culture
• Support in Change Management and Value Creation & Capturing
• Facilitate Ideation, Collaboration, Knowledge Management and identify use cases to enhance Business Value
