Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Business Analyst to gather, document and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops and data analysis. You will translate needs into clear functional specifications for development teams and collaborate across project managers, developers and QA testers to ensure delivery.

You will support data analysis, reporting and visualization to inform decisions and assist in testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Analyze existing processes and systems, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
• Develop use cases, process maps, business requirement documents (BRDs), and user stories.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA testers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and visualization to inform business decisions.
• Conduct cost-benefit and impact analyses to assess proposed changes.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
