Job summary

iauro Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Pune invites a seasoned Business Analyst to translate business goals into actionable backlog items across multiple tenants and modules.

You will lead workshops, define BRDs, user journeys, and acceptance criteria, and ensure traceability from BRD to tests. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and UX to visualize requirements in Figma, craft personas, and drive data-driven decisions with KPIs and dashboards.

• Experience with BRD creation, user journeys, personas, and data requirements.
• Proficiency in defining acceptance criteria using Gherkin.
• Ability to work with UX teams using Figma for requirement visualization.
• Deep understanding of KPIs, dashboards, event data, and analytics concepts.
• Excellent communication and coordination across business, product, and engineering teams.
• Familiarity with VoC platforms, telecom KPIs, or AI/LLM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: Lead workshops with multiple tenants (CS, SxC, R-Shop, Marketing, Product) to capture business goals, pain points, KPIs, and constraints.
• Requirement Gathering: Define problem statements, success criteria, and create prioritized backlogs for each tenant and module.
• BRD Creation: Develop and maintain detailed BRDs including user journeys, personas, IA, navigation flows, RBAC, integrations, and data requirements.
• Requirement Structuring: Translate discussions into clear epics, features, and structured requirements for implementation.
• User Story Definition: Break epics into granular user stories with clear Gherkin-based acceptance criteria.
• Traceability Management: Maintain end-to-end traceability from BRD → epics → user stories → test cases.
• Backlog Refinement: Support backlog grooming, prioritization, and define “Definition of Ready” for sprint planning.
• UAT Support: Prepare UAT scope, scenarios, validation checklists, and support defect triage with QA teams.
• Data & Insights Alignment: Define data requirements including KPIs, dashboards, event data, and analytics workflows.
• Continuous Improvement: Capture post-production feedback and convert insights into actionable backlog items.

What You Will Bring:

• Experience: 6 to 10 years of Business Analyst experience in SaaS, enterprise platforms, telecom, or data-driven products.
• Requirement Expertise: Strong ability to convert ambiguous requirements into structured and testable deliverables.
• Agile Tools: Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Documentation Skills: Expertise in BRD creation, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Gherkin.
• UX Collaboration: Ability to work with UX teams using tools like Figma for requirement visualization.
• Data Understanding: Strong understanding of KPIs, dashboards, event data, and analytics concepts.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and coordination skills across business, product, and engineering teams.
