Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance in Mumbai seeks a Business Analyst to analyze business processes, data and user requirements and to evaluate the implications of proposed changes. You will identify impact areas of existing processes and help visualize to-be processes.

Responsibilities include owning the full BRD, user stories and CRs, obtaining end-user sign-offs in JIRA, and driving project implementation with IT teams, including timeline adherence, configuration and testing.

• Involved in Project implementation, Timeline Adherence, System configuration, Review and Testing
• Any other responsibility as may be assigned by the organization
