Job summary

Spinny in Gurugram is seeking a data analytics professional to build and maintain dashboards that track key business metrics. You will serve as custodian of business data, spot trends and anomalies, and perform RCAs with a focus on process improvements.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and insurance partners to deliver timely results. The role requires a B.Tech from a Tier1 college, strong SQL and Excel skills, and advanced data analysis capabilities.

Qualifications

• B.Tech graduate from Tier1 College/ University.
• Prior experience in SQL and Advanced MS Excel is required.
• Advanced expertise in data analysis.
• Analytical frame of mind and comfortable with large ambiguous datasets.
• Ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about business problems and come up with solutions.

• Be the custodian of business data and always on top of metrics - spot trends and anomalies
• Perform RCAs and suggest improvements
• Own business processes along with business team members - evaluate processes, identify opportunities and implement solutions
• Work with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, insurance partners) and drive timely deliverables

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech graduate from Tier1 College/ University.
• Prior experience in SQL and Advanced MS Excel is required.
• Advanced expertise in data analysis.
• Analytical frame of mind and a comfortable with large ambiguous datasets
• Ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about business problems & come up with solutions.
• Experience in Data Manipulation in Python/R is a plus.
