Job summary

Openspace Services is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Product Owner to lead analysis across enterprise and digital products. You will elicit and document requirements, create BRDs/FRDs, and manage acceptance criteria in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

The role covers Agile product ownership, backlog management, and facilitation of ceremonies, with a focus on delivering continuous value and usable, accurate solutions through wireframes and prototypes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst / Product Owner.
• Strong experience in Agile (Scrum) with backlog and sprint management.
• Proven elicitation, process modeling, and solution documentation.
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN, SDLC, and Agile frameworks.
• Experience creating wireframes, UI flows, and prototypes.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, OpenProject, Visio, Miro, Figma or similar.

Job description

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Lead business process analysis, requirement elicitation, and gap analysis across enterprise and digital products.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, document, prioritize, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation using industry best practices (UML, BPMN).

Agile & Product Ownership Support

• Act as a Product Owner / Senior BA in Agile or hybrid environments, managing product backlogs and sprint priorities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure continuous value delivery by aligning sprint goals with business outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into wireframes, mockups, workflows, and prototypes using tools such as Figma, Miro, Visio, or Adobe XD.
• Work closely with UX and development teams to ensure usability, clarity, and functional accuracy of solutions.
• Support iterative design improvements based on stakeholder and user feedback.

Delivery, Testing & Change Management

• Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case creation, execution support, defect tracking, and sign-offs.
• Manage change requests by assessing business impact, feasibility, and timelines.
• Ensure smooth handover to support teams post go-live and assist with post-deployment improvements.
• Act as a single point of contact between business users, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Support RFP creation, vendor evaluation, and onboarding activities as required.
• Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and progress reports to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments with hands-on backlog and sprint management.
• Proven expertise in requirement elicitation, business process modeling, and solution documentation.
