Job summary

Echofeel is seeking a Business Analyst with 4-5 years of experience in web development to gather, define and document business and functional requirements. You will translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications and support the project through design, development, testing and deployment.

Strong communication, project coordination and analytical skills are essential to drive process improvements and ensure quality across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Any graduate with 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a web development company.
• Experience across full project lifecycle development and analysis is preferred.
• Proficiency in interviewing stakeholders and documenting requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Gather, define and document business and functional requirements.
• Coordinate with business functions and technical project teams from conception through deployment, training and support.
• Perform testing and UAT and assist in troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Atleast 4-5 years experience in formal business and functional requirements gathering, definition and documentation, data modelling, logical and function design specification formation, project management, QA UA testing, and intensive business data analysis.

Proficiency in interviewing stakeholders, project management, creating business requirements technical specifications documentation, troubleshooting, requirements analysis and realization using Use Cases, deriving testable functions / non-functional system requirements, providing strategic and tactical inputs and coordinating with business functions and technical project teams from conception through deployment, training and support.

Candidate should have the relevant experience in web development projects. Programming background preferred.

Full Project Lifecycle Development and Analysis. Proficiency in using Tools like Rational Rose etc. will be an added advantage.
