Job summary

HypTechie in Bengaluru invites a capable Business Analyst to help plan and drive projects end-to-end, aligning business needs with IT solutions.

You will gather requirements, create BRD/FRD, write user stories and wireframes, and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery. The role requires strong communication, organization, and hands-on testing awareness across web and mobile applications.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementation of projects, project Planning, and timelines.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Monitor & communicate project status reports on progress to all stakeholders.
• Train and coach the members on IT applications used in the Organization.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, Wireframes, Prototypes; test plans, test cases, test scenarios; manual testing.
• Coordinate with different department SPOCs/business leaders to get their requirements and compile them.
• Coordinate with Vendors’ development team for CR execution and implementation.
• Provide clarity and guidance when working with developers to solve functional and analytical issues.
• Work on web and mobile applications as a BA including hand-on in preparing Mobile Wireframes, Prototypes.
