Job summary

Delhi Public School Indirapuram is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to translate client needs into clear functional requirements for product and development teams.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, documenting BRD/FRD/SRS, creating user stories and use cases, and coordinating with development, QA, product, and implementation teams to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP, EdTech, SaaS, or School ERP preferred.
• Experience in modules such as Admission, Fee, Examination, Attendance, HRMS, Library, Transport, or Student Management is an added advantage.
• BCA / B.Tech / B.Sc IT / Diploma in Computer Science or related field, MBA preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Understand existing business processes and identify gaps, improvements, and automation opportunities.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications.
• Coordinate with the Development, QA, Product, and Implementation teams for requirement understanding and execution.
• Explain business requirements and functional logic to the development team.
• Prepare and coordinate UAT scenarios and test cases.
• Validate developed features against business requirements and coordinate issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities for product and process improvements.

Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to understand business requirements, analyze processes, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements for the product and development teams. The candidate will work closely with clients, stakeholders, developers, QA, and implementation teams to ensure successful delivery of product requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Understand existing business processes and identify gaps, improvements, and automation opportunities.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications.
• Coordinate with the Development, QA, Product, and Implementation teams for requirement understanding and execution.
• Conduct requirement discussions, product walk throughs, and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare MoM and detailed requirement documentation.
• Explain business requirements and functional logic to the development team.
• Prepare and coordinate UAT scenarios and test cases.
• Validate developed features against business requirements and coordinate issue resolution.
• Manage requirement changes, dependencies, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Support product demos, implementation activities, and client discussions.
• Identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
