• Develop use cases, BRDs, and user stories.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA testers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and visualization to inform business decisions.
• Conduct cost-benefit and impact analyses to assess proposed changes.
• Assist in UAT and ensure solutions meet business needs.
