Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a business analyst to gather, document, and validate requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.

You will translate needs into functional/technical specs for development teams and create BRDs, use cases, and process maps. You will analyze current processes, identify gaps, collaborate with PMs, developers, QA testers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery, and support data analysis and decision-making

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Analyze existing processes and systems, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
• Develop use cases, process maps, BRDs, and user stories.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA testers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and visualization to inform business decisions.
• Conduct cost-benefit and impact analyses to assess proposed changes.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
