Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad seeks a Business Analyst to gather, validate, and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis. You will translate needs into clear specifications for development teams and support project delivery.

You will analyze processes, develop BRDs and user stories, collaborate with stakeholders, support data analysis and UAT, and help assess changes via cost-benefit studies to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Analyze existing processes and systems, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
• Develop use cases, process maps, BRDs, and user stories.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA testers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and visualization to inform business decisions.
• Conduct cost-benefit and impact analyses to assess proposed changes.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
