You will translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications, develop use cases, process maps, BRDs, and user stories, and collaborate with project managers, developers, QA testers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and user acceptance.

• Develop use cases, process maps, BRDs, and user stories.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA testers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and visualization to inform business decisions.
• Conduct cost-benefit and impact analyses to assess proposed changes.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
