Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements via interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specs for development teams.
• Analyze processes and systems to identify gaps and propose improvements.
• Create use cases, process maps, BRDs, and user stories.
• Collaborate with PMs, developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and visualization to inform decisions.
• Perform cost-benefit and impact analyses for proposed changes.
• Assist in UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs.
