Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with a full-time MBA and/or MBA coursework in analytics/product management.
• 3+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-first mindset.
• Experience writing clear, structured requirements and user stories.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, UX, QA).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience with B2B software preferred.

Responsabilités

• Work with Product Managers to analyze problems and shape practical, scalable product solutions.
• Translate requirements into user stories, use cases, functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design during backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Create and maintain process flows, wireframes, and solution documents with UX.
• Support market and user research to inform product decisions.
• Assist in UAT, release planning, and post-release analysis.
• Track dependencies, risks, and feature progress to support timely delivery.

Business Analyst
