Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau (preferred).
• Experience with requirement-gathering techniques (BRD, FRD, user stories).
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
