Job summary

MakroCare is seeking a Jr. Business Analyst to work in-office in Hyderabad, India. The role involves eliciting and documenting requirements, preparing and updating URS and FRS, and supporting the development team with clarifications.

You will also create RTMs, perform functional testing, and assess impact for changes. The candidate will participate in project closure and help update status reports as needed.

Qualifications

• Elicit and document requirements using meetings and group discussions.
• Prepare URS to capture all requirements.
• Update URS as per review comments.
• Prepare FRS with detailed functional requirements as per approved FRS template.
• Update FRS as per review comments.
• Prepare RTM till FRS.
• Support development team for functional clarifications.
• Perform functional testing to ensure requirements are implemented as per documents.
• Perform impact analysis for changes and document the impact.
• Update URS, FRS and RTM with approved changes.
• Participate in project closure and update status periodically.
