Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Business Analyst to capture user requirements and translate them into practical, digitally enabled solutions across industries.

You will analyze as-is and design-to-be processes, run workshops, and create clear user stories with acceptance criteria for the development backlog.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience and a graduation, based in Trivandrum, Kerala, with opportunities to grow technical and analytical skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze as-is and design-to-be processes to define business, solution and system requirements.
• Organize and facilitate workshops with clients to elicit and understand their requirements.
• Interact with various stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their needs and translate that knowledge to the team, using analysis techniques like story mapping, process modelling and data- and document analysis.
• Facilitate effective communication between the team and act as a point of contact for clarifications on product backlog items
• Iteration planning, backlog refinement, creating user stories and story acceptance criteria is also part of your scope.
• Stakeholder management and being an interface between your team, the customer and the project manager.
• Identify various solution options to satisfy our client's requirements and helping them and our teams make the right decision by carefully weighing business value and technical complexity.
• Create and detailing user stories based on criteria set by client or your practice
• Collaborate with key external and internal project stakeholders who have a direct impact on their role and deliverables (e.g., decision-makers, Subject Matter Experts)
• Ensure that requirements and designs at an implementation level are aligned to one another, and managing the changes to related requirements
• Retaining requirement accuracy and consistency throughout and beyond the change during the entire requirements life cycle, and supporting the reuse of requirements in other solutions
