Job summary

Evoke Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad is seeking a Business Analyst to gather requirements from business users, create BRD/FRD/RTM, and work with development and QA to deliver scalable solutions.

The role involves stakeholder analysis, creating UML diagrams, user stories, UAT support, and documenting processes. A hybrid work model is offered with permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Interviews with business users to gather processes and requirements.
• Stakeholder analysis to identify key influencers.
• Create BRD/FRD/RTM for requirements management.
• Collaborate with dev and QA to design scalable solutions.
• Create UML diagrams to explain process flows.
• Develop wireframes/mockups for new designs.

Responsibilities

• Conducted interviews with key business users to collect information on business processes and user requirements.
• Perform stakeholder analysis by identifying the key stakeholders who directly or indirectly affect project outcome
• Created artifacts such as BRD, FRD, and RTM as part of requirements management and tracking.
• Work closely with software development and QA teams to design and develop robust solutions meeting client requirements for functionality, scalability, and performance.
• Create UML diagrams such as Use case and Activity diagrams to explain the functionality and the process flow to the project team
• Document business processes and analyzed procedures to align with changing business needs.
• Develop wire frames/mockups for new application designs.
• Prepared detailed reports on updates to project specifications, progress, identified conflicts.
• Work with the client to elicit the requirements, create user stories and user manuals.
• Create Workflow diagrams using tools such as MS Visio etc.
• Conduct regular walk-through meetings with development and testing teams.
• Facilitated UAT and end user training
• Conducted retrospective meetings with team for every sprint
• Prepare weekly status report of the project
• Knowledge in understanding the APIs and integration with third- party software.
• Experience in SQL.
