• Experience as Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Solution Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile product teams.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and document business processes, requirements, and user needs.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, architects, UX designers, and stakeholders to define solutions.
• Support the design and evolution of e-commerce capabilities across web, mobile, content, checkout and customer domains.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions; drive discussions.
• Assess the impact of changes across systems, processes, and customer journeys.
• Act as an integrator between IT teams like Product, Price and Personal Assistant.
• Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support testing, releases, and post-release validation to ensure delivered solutions meet expectations.
• Drive alignment between business goals, customer experience, and technical feasibility.
