Job summary

Pronteff It Solutions in Hyderabad invites an experienced Business Analyst to drive technology and digital transformation projects. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, work with product owners and IT stakeholders, and shape the formal Business Analysis function within the company.

The role demands strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile and Scrum, plus hands-on experience with Confluence, JIRA and MS Office to document BRDs, FRDs and user stories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience with documentation tools (Confluence, JIRA, MS Office, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams and functions
• Familiarity with business intelligence or data analysis tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Document functional and non-functional requirements in BRDs, FRDs and user stories
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and communicate them to development teams
• Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings and product demos
• Support the project lifecycle from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Create workflow diagrams, wireframes and process documentation using tools like Visio
• Work closely with QA teams to define test scenarios and support UAT
• Track project progress, identify risks and escalate issues as needed
• Prepare and present progress reports and business cases to leadership
• Promote best practices in requirements gathering, change management and process improvement
