Job Description

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Collect and analyze project business requirements and translate them to the development team using various methods (document analysis, onsite visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios)
• Communicate verbally and in writing with business units that rely on this information to define system requirements or organizational processes
• Prepare project documentation and specifications in accordance with Agile methodology, and facilitate requirements prioritization based on business value
• Manage requirements traceability information and track status throughout the project using RTM reports, weekly/monthly summary reports, GYR reports, and project trackers
• Manage changes to requirements through effective use of change control processes and tools
• Assist in enforcing project deadlines, schedules, and methodologies; perform data analysis using SQL and other necessary tools
• Advanced knowledge of documentation tools (Word, Excel, MS Access) and SQL (structured and non-structured queries)
• Basic knowledge of C, C++ and Java functions; debugging assistance with developers or configuration
• Configure the system functionally and prepare documentation on functional specifications and configuration
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality
• Create wireframes, meeting minutes, workflows, use case diagrams, flowcharts, functional and technical specifications, ER diagrams, AS-IS and TO-BE documentation, gap analysis, risk & mitigation, migration documentation, requirement traceability matrix, user manuals, and sprint documents for multiple projects
• Develop functional test scenarios, test cases, test plan, UAT plan, and testing activities necessary to assess quality and completion of system implementations
• Handle bug tracker tool and maintain correct status of issue tracker reports
• Perform data analysis to support system defect evaluation or develop requirements for new functionality; triage and troubleshoot complex user-reported defects; assist in system troubleshooting and balancing efforts, including verification and validation of issues and fixes
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise in functional area to bridge business requirements and IT solutions; provide technical direction and ensure compliance with best practice solutions
• Practice knowledge transfer and foster change management
• Handle pressure or crunch situations
• Maintain a healthy relationship between company and clients through emails and project deliverables
