Job summary

The role focuses on collaborating with sales, BD managers and clients to create profitable proposals and ensure delivery aligns with client needs.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of BA experience, a bachelor degree, and strong communication skills. Working mode is on-site in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in requirement scoping, functional analysis and solution design.
• Experience guiding presales on innovations, win themes and proposals for fixed price, T&M and service engagements.
• Hands-on experience in solutioning, design and estimation, sizing and proposal writing.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business units and partners.
• Process oriented with strong reporting and approval discipline.
• Exposure to digital technologies such as UX, mobility, IoT and eCommerce.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong experience with presales, wireframes, ballparks and estimations.

Responsibilities
